Calcium Base Grease This exceptional grease is crafted from medium-viscosity mineral lubricating oil, elegantly thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a premium calcium base grease.
Engineered from mineral lubricating oil with a balanced viscosity, this grease is reinforced with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique interaction between calcium soap and water creates hydrates which are essential for the formation of highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. At temperatures reaching approximately 100 ºC, these hydrates undergo hydrolysis, causing the calcium base grease to lose consistency, thus limiting its applicability at high temperatures—ideally not exceeding 60 ºC. Surpassing these temperatures might result in the grease losing its lubricating properties.
(2) With superior water resistance, this calcium base grease does not easily emulsify or degrade when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components operating in damp environments or those frequently in contact with water.
(3) Exhibiting remarkable shearing and thixotropic stability, the grease maintains its presence on surfaces even after agitation, providing a consistent sealing effect without being flung off.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease boasts excellent pumping performance. Its comparably easy binding ability surpasses that of other soap-based greases, like sodium or aluminum-based variants.
When crafted to the same consistency, calcium-based grease demonstrates superior binding efficiency compared to its sodium or aluminum-based counterparts.
Dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a staple in today's world, widely used in lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in appliances like small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, textile machinery, and more.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
