This remarkable grease is formulated from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, precisely thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring optimal performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Thanks to the unique formation of hydrates between calcium soap and water, this grease creates highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil only as hydrates. However, at temperatures around 100 ºC, these hydrates hydrolyze, causing the grease to gradually lose consistency above this threshold. Consequently, the recommended operating temperature is kept below 60 ºC, beyond which the grease may soften or even become ineffective, compromising lubrication efficiency.
(2) Boasting exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating a variety of mechanical components in wet environments or those exposed to water.
(3) Featuring outstanding shearing stability and thixotropy, this grease maintains its position on action surfaces even after agitation, delivering a sealing effect without being dislodged.
(4) With superior pumping performance owing to its short fibers and low strength threshold, calcium base grease is perfect for applications requiring efficient binding, outperforming other soap-based greases such as sodium or aluminum-based variants.
When achieving the same consistency with identical mineral oil, calcium-based grease demonstrates easier binding compared to other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based options.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
