This superior product is crafted by introducing premium-grade raw 'green' petroleum coke into rotary kilns, where it undergoes a transformative heating process at temperatures soaring between 1200
to 1350 degrees C (2192 to 2460 F). These extreme temperatures effectively eliminate surplus moisture, purge any lingering hydrocarbons, and
alter the crystalline structure of the coke. The outcome is a denser, more electrically conductive material. Within hours,
the calcined petroleum coke undergoes rapid cooling from 1350 degrees C to a manageable temperature below 200 degrees C, ensuring safe handling and
transportation. It is then ready to be stored in silos or dispatched directly into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels.
