Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease Crafted with medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, expertly thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap, this calcium base grease is synthesized through meticulous formulation.
This exceptional product is composed of mineral lubricating oil, exhibiting medium viscosity, and is thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics:
(1) Unique Hydrate Formation: Calcium soap, combined with water, creates hydrates, enabling the formation of highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze around 100 ºC, causing the grease to lose consistency beyond this point, thus restricting its operational temperature range to 60 ºC or below. Exceeding this temperature leads to softening or loss of the grease, compromising lubrication quality.
(2) Superior Water Resistance: This grease demonstrates remarkable resistance to water, maintaining its integrity without emulsification or deterioration. Ideal for lubricating mechanical components in moist or water-contact environments, ensuring persistent and reliable performance.
(3) Excellent Stability: Featuring impressive shearing and thixotropy stability, this grease maintains its presence on surfaces even when agitated, offering effective sealing without dispersion.
(4) Enhanced Pumping Capability: Thanks to its short fibers and low strength limit, calcium base grease excels in pumping performance. When maintaining equal consistency levels with identical mineral oil,
this grease binds more readily than alternatives like sodium-based or aluminum-based greases.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
