Calcium Base Grease This fine calcium base grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil boasting medium viscosity, expertly thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a superior synthetic formulation.
Formulated from premium mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for optimal performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Due to the unique formation of hydrates between calcium soap and water, the exceptional dispersion of calcium soap fibers in mineral oil is achieved. However, upon reaching around 100 ºC, these hydrates hydrolyze, leading to a loss in grease consistency beyond 100 ºC. This characteristic restricts its effective temperature range to a maximum of 60 ºC, beyond which the grease may become overly soft or even lose its lubricating ability.
(2) Exhibiting remarkable water resistance, our calcium base grease is engineered to resist emulsification and degradation even when traversing water, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical components operating in wet or aquatic environments.
(3) With impressive shearing stability and thixotropic stability, our calcium base grease retains its position on operational surfaces during agitation, providing enduring sealing effects without displacement.
(4) Boasting excellent pumping capabilities due to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, it ensures ease of application.
When achieving the same consistency, this calcium-based grease surpasses other soap-based alternatives like sodium or aluminum-based greases in binding efficiency.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
