The principal manufacturing facility was inaugurated in 2012 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan, sprawling across 230 mu in the Quzhou County Economic Development Zone, Handan City, Hebei Province. Ideally situated at the junction of Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong, and Henan provinces, it boasts proximity to Qinglan and Daguang Highways. With a formidable investment of 1 billion yuan, the project is meticulously crafted to annually produce 700,000 tons of calcined petroleum coke, while harnessing waste heat to generate 1 million tons of steam. The inaugural phase reached fruition in 2018, launching operations with six 60-tank calciners, achieving an impressive annual production of 350,000 tons of premium calcined petroleum coke, alongside 500,000 tons of steam and an astounding 100 million kWh of electricity.
