Introduction:
Calcium base grease is crafted using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in an excellently synthesized calcium base grease.
It is ingeniously formulated from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, and skillfully thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance characteristics
(1) The unique hydrates formed when calcium soap combines with water are crucial, as only in this form can highly dispersed fibers develop in mineral oil. At approximately 100 ºC, these hydrates hydrolyze, explaining the gradual reduction in consistency of calcium base grease beyond this temperature. This property confines its optimal temperature range to below 60 ºC, as exceeding this can lead to softening or loss, compromising lubrication.
(2) Exhibiting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation even when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components in wet environments or where water contact is prevalent.
(3) Calcium base grease boasts remarkable shearing stability and thixotropic stability. When disturbed and then left to stabilize, it maintains its presence on operational surfaces, providing a sealing effect without dispersing.
(4) With commendable pumping performance due to its short fiber structure and minimal strength limit, calcium base grease is more effortlessly bound than other soap-based greases when using the same mineral oil and consistency conditions.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?

7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
