Calcium Base Grease Crafted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, this exceptional grease is enriched with natural fatty acid calcium soap, leading to the creation of calcium base grease through a sophisticated synthesis process.
This premium product is expertly formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, skillfully thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Calcium soap, when combined with water, forms hydrates, allowing it to develop highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, at around 100ºC, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze, which results in a gradual loss of grease consistency above 100ºC, effectively limiting its operational temperature range. Typically, use is recommended below 60ºC to avoid softening or loss, thereby ensuring reliable lubrication.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration, making it an ideal choice for lubricating mechanical components in wet environments or those exposed to water contact.
(3) With impressive shearing and thixotropy stability, this grease maintains its position on contact surfaces even after agitation, contributing to a sealing effect without being displaced.
(4) Thanks to its short fibers and low strength limit, calcium base grease demonstrates excellent pumping performance, making it more cohesive than other soap-based greases like sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
When achieving similar consistency with the same mineral oil, calcium-based grease outperforms other soap-based greases by offering enhanced binding capabilities.
Despite being a time-honored variety since the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a global favorite. It is widely used to lubricate rolling and sliding bearings operating at medium speeds and loads, making it indispensable in small to medium motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
