Manufactured from premium mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, our grease is expertly thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for superior performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) The unique interaction between calcium soap and water forms hydrates, enabling calcium soap to develop finely dispersed fibers in mineral oil. These hydrates decompose at approximately 100 ºC, meaning that above this temperature, calcium base grease loses its consistency, restricting its operational temperature. Typically, this grease functions optimally at temperatures not exceeding 60 ºC. Surpassing this, it could soften or be lost, compromising lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease doesn't easily emulsify or degrade when exposed to water, making it an ideal lubricant for machines operating in moist or watery conditions.
(3) With outstanding shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease maintains its position on surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a sealing effect and resisting dispersion.
(4) Exhibiting remarkable pumping efficiency due to its short fiber and low yield strength, it binds more effectively than other soap-based greases, including sodium or aluminum-based ones.
Achieving the same consistency with equivalent mineral oil, calcium-based grease is preferred for its ease of application compared to other soap-based options.
Despite being developed in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains extensively utilized globally. It serves as an ideal lubricant for rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed, medium-load scenarios across diverse equipment, including small motors, water pumps, tractors, vehicles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
