Calcium base grease This advanced calcium base grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a highly reliable synthesized product.
It is created with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, meticulously thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to ensure exceptional performance and stability.
Performance characteristics
(1) Due to the formation of hydrates between calcium soap and water, calcium soap can only form highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil when in hydrate form. These calcium soap hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, causing the calcium base grease to gradually lose consistency beyond this temperature. Hence, it is recommended to maintain the grease below 60 ºC to prevent softening or loss, ensuring reliable lubrication.
(2) Notably, calcium base grease boasts excellent water resistance, maintaining its integrity without emulsifying or deteriorating when exposed to water. It is ideal for lubricating various mechanical components in moist environments or those in direct contact with water.
(3) Featuring superior shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease retains its position on operational surfaces even after agitation, providing a sealing effect without being displaced.
(4) With its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease excels in pumping performance. When paired with the same mineral oil and
achieving identical consistency, it binds more easily than other soap-based greases, such as sodium or aluminum-based alternatives.
Despite its origins dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally prevalent choice today. It is perfectly suited for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings operating at moderate speeds and loads in devices such as small-to-medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and equipment used in metallurgy and textile industries.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
