Introduction:
Calcium base grease is a superior lubricant crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. This exceptional calcium base grease is carefully synthesized
from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity and is skillfully thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a high-performance grease.
Performance characteristics
(1) Calcium soap forms hydrates with water, which are essential for creating highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, causing the grease to gradually lose consistency beyond this temperature threshold. Consequently, the optimal operational temperature of calcium base grease is generally capped at 60 ºC; exceeding this may result in the grease softening or losing its lubricating properties altogether.
(2) With its impressive water resistance, calcium base grease does not easily emulsify or degrade when exposed to water, making it an excellent choice for lubricating various mechanical components in moist environments or those in direct contact with water.
(3) The remarkable shearing stability and thixotropic attributes of calcium base grease ensure that even after agitation, it maintains its position on the action surface, providing a reliable sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts excellent pumping performance. When using the same mineral oil and
achieving a similar consistency, calcium-based grease binds more effectively than other soap-based greases, such as those based on sodium or aluminum.
Despite being a classic formula dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains one of the most prevalent varieties globally. It is highly suitable for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in equipment with medium speed and load, such as small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
