Often referred to as a pre-baked anode carbon block, it is a fundamental component in aluminum electrolysis and is synonymous with carbon anodes for aluminum electrolysis.
The pre-baked anode stands as a pivotal element in the electrolytic aluminum production process, essentially serving as one of its core raw materials. For every ton of electrolytic aluminum produced, approximately 0.5 ton of the pre-baked anode is utilized. Acting as the conductive anode within the electrolytic cell, it also plays a dynamic role in the electrochemical reaction, earning it the moniker 'Heart' of the pre-baked aluminum electrolytic cell. The superior quality of this anode significantly influences the economic viability and efficiency of electrolytic aluminum production.
