Outstanding Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique formation of hydrates with calcium soap and water allows highly dispersed fibers to develop within mineral oil. However, at temperatures exceeding 100 ºC, these hydrates hydrolyze, causing calcium base grease to gradually lose consistency, thereby limiting its operational temperature to typically below 60 ºC. Beyond this point, the grease may soften or even degrade, compromising lubrication integrity.
(2) Exceptional in water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation even in aqueous environments, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts exposed to moisture or water.
(3) This grease exhibits remarkable shearing stability and thixotropy stability, maintaining its presence on action surfaces during agitation and rest, providing an effective sealing without splattering.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
