These expertly roasted carbon blocks boast a stable geometric shape, earning them the title of pre-baked anode carbon blocks or carbon anodes for aluminum electrolysis.
The pre-baked anode is indispensable to the production of electrolytic aluminum, with each ton of aluminum requiring approximately 0.5 tons of this vital component. Serving as both the conductive anode in the electrolytic cell and an active participant in the electrochemical reaction, the pre-baked anode is the heart of the aluminum electrolytic cell. Its quality significantly influences the economic efficiency of aluminum production, rendering it an irreplaceable material in contemporary smelting processes.
