This remarkable grease is composed of medium-viscosity mineral lubricating oil, expertly thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap. Its synthesis exemplifies precision engineering.
The grease is formulated from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring exceptional stability.
Performance Characteristics: Unveil the superior capabilities of our calcium base grease, designed to excel in demanding environments.

(1) The unique property of forming hydrates with calcium soap empowers it to maintain high dispersion of fibers in mineral oil. However, caution is advised as the hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, leading to a gradual reduction in consistency. Thus, optimal performance is maintained below 60 ºC, beyond which lubrication efficacy is compromised.

(2) Renowned for its outstanding water resistance, calcium base grease defies emulsification and degradation, making it ideal for lubricating machinery in damp or water-exposed conditions.

(3) With superior shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease ensures comprehensive coverage even after agitation, providing a steadfast sealing effect without displacement.

(4) The short fiber and low strength limit of calcium base grease enhance its pumping performance, making it remarkably easy to bind compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based varieties.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.

5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.

6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.

7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
