Introduction:
Calcium base grease is expertly crafted from mineral lubricating oil, featuring medium viscosity, artfully thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. The synthesis of calcium base grease is a masterful process, delivering exceptional performance.
This magnificent product is formed using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, adeptly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Performance characteristics
(1) Calcium soap hydrates skillfully with water, forming finely dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates decompose at around 100 ºC, causing the grease to lose consistency above this temperature. Hence, its optimal performance is generally below 60 ºC. Exceeding this results in a softer grease, potentially compromising lubrication.
(2) The grease boasts excellent water resistance, maintaining stability without emulsifying or deteriorating when exposed to water. It is exceptionally suited for lubricating mechanical components operating in damp conditions or direct water contact.
(3) The product excels with outstanding shearing stability and thixotropy. When stirred and then left to settle, it remains on surfaces, effectively sealing without displacement, ensuring a robust protective barrier.
(4) Enhanced pumping performance is due to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold. When employing the same mineral oil,
and achieving identical consistency, calcium-based grease is notably more cohesive compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based variants.
Despite its origins dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally preferred choice, adeptly lubricating rolling and sliding bearings under moderate speeds and loads. It finds extensive use in small to medium motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
