Calcium base grease Expertly formulated, our calcium base grease is crafted from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, meticulously thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap, achieving synthesis of exceptional quality.
This superior product is composed of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, reinforced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring optimal performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) The unique interaction of calcium soap with water forms hydrates, allowing the creation of highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. It’s important to note that these hydrates hydrolyze around 100 ºC; thus, exceeding this temperature causes a gradual loss in consistency, limiting its effective temperature range to under 60 ºC. Beyond this, the grease softens, potentially losing its lubricative properties.
(2) With outstanding water resistance, calcium base grease does not easily emulsify or deteriorate even when exposed to water. This makes it ideal for lubricating mechanical components in moist environments or those frequently in contact with water.
(3) Exhibiting excellent shearing stability and thixotropic properties, calcium base grease maintains its place on operational surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Thanks to its short fibers and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts remarkable pumping performance. It binds more effortlessly compared to other soap-based greases such as those based on sodium or aluminum when maintaining the same mineral oil and consistency.
This allows it to bind more effectively than other soap-based greases like sodium-based or aluminum-based ones.
Despite being developed in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally favored option today, aptly suited for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings operating at medium speed and load in machinery such as small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy equipment, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
