Calcium Base Grease This exceptional grease emerges from a blend of medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. The synthesis of calcium base grease is executed with precision to ensure superior performance.
Crafted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, this grease is ingeniously thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, offering an optimized formulation.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique property of calcium soap to form hydrates with water allows the creation of highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, leading to a gradual consistency loss beyond this temperature, restricting its usage to environments not exceeding 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature results in softening or loss of the grease, thereby compromising lubrication.
(2) With its exceptional water resistance and minimal risk of emulsification, calcium base grease is ideally suited for lubricating mechanical parts in wet or water-contact environments, ensuring steadfast performance.
(3) Calcium base grease exhibits outstanding shearing and thixotropic stability. Even after agitation, it remains steadfast on operational surfaces, providing a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Thanks to its short fibers and low strength limit, calcium base grease excels in pumping performance. This makes it more cohesive compared to other soap-based greases, like sodium-based or aluminum-based variants.
When maintaining the same consistency, calcium-based greases are more cohesive, enhancing binding capabilities over other grease types such as sodium or aluminum-based.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease continues to be a globally favored choice. It effectively lubricates rolling and sliding bearings operating at medium speeds and loads, across diverse equipment like small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgical and textile machinery, etc.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
