Introduction:
Calcium base grease is expertly crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a refined medium viscosity, meticulously thickened by the natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a synthesized calcium base grease.
This remarkable grease is formulated using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened with cutting-edge synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for optimal performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) The innovative combination of calcium soap with water forms hydrates, enabling the creation of highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, which is why calcium base grease loses consistency above this temperature, restricting its effective operating range to generally not exceed 60 ºC. Beyond this, the grease may become too soft, compromising lubrication efficiency.
(2) Exceptionally resistant to water, calcium base grease does not easily emulsify or degrade when exposed to moisture. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) Renowned for its superior shearing stability and thixotropic properties, calcium base grease maintains its position on surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a reliable sealing effect without dispersal.
(4) Due to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease exhibits excellent pumpability. When using the same mineral oil,
and achieving similar consistency, it binds more effectively compared to other soap-based greases such as sodium or aluminum-based variants.
Despite being developed in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally prevalent choice for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed and load applications, including small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
