Crafted through a meticulous process, Calcined Petroleum Coke begins its transformative journey as prime-grade raw "green" petroleum coke. It undergoes a rigorous heating treatment in state-of-the-art rotary kilns, reaching searing temperatures ranging from 1200

to 1350 degrees Celsius (2192 to 2460 Fahrenheit). This intense thermal environment effectively evaporates any residual moisture, eliminates all remaining hydrocarbons, and

reshapes the coke's crystalline structure, achieving a denser, more electrically conductive product. Within a matter of hours,

the calcined petroleum coke is expertly cooled from 1350 degrees Celsius down to below 200 degrees Celsius. At this stable temperature, it becomes safe for handling and

is efficiently transported to storage silos or directly loaded into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels ready for distribution.
