Introduction:
Calcium base grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, offering a synthesis of calcium base grease.
This superior grease is created using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, expertly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance characteristics
(1) Due to the formation of hydrates with calcium soap and water, calcium soap can only form highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil in this form. When these hydrates are exposed to temperatures around 100 ºC, they undergo hydrolysis, leading to a gradual loss of consistency in the calcium base grease. Therefore, the practical temperature range is generally capped at 60 ºC. Surpassing this will cause the grease to soften or degrade, compromising lubrication.
(2) Calcium base grease exhibits excellent water resistance, ensuring it remains stable and does not emulsify or deteriorate when exposed to water. Ideal for lubricating mechanical components operating in moist or water-contact environments.
(3) Featuring impressive shearing and thixotropy stability, this grease retains its presence on active surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a sealing effect without dispersion.
(4) With outstanding pumping performance, thanks to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium-based grease offers easier integration than other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based varieties.
When maintaining the same consistency with identical mineral oil, calcium-based grease stands out for being easier to bind compared to its sodium or aluminum counterparts.
Despite being developed in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a popular choice globally. It is effectively used for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in various applications, including small to medium motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery, handling medium speeds and loads with ease.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
