Crafted through an advanced process, our Calcined Petroleum Coke originates from premium raw 'green' petroleum coke, meticulously subjected to the transformative power of rotary kilns. Within these kilns, the coke is heated to exacting temperatures, ranging between 1200
to 1350 degrees C (2192 to 2460 F). This intense heat treatment expertly eliminates unwanted moisture and fully extracts residual hydrocarbons, while
redefining the crystalline structure of the coke. The result is a notably denser material with enhanced electrical conductivity, all achieved in just a matter of hours.
Upon reaching 1350 degrees C, the calcined petroleum coke undergoes rapid cooling to less than 200 degrees C, ensuring it is safe for handling and
ready for transport. From this point, it can be efficiently stored in silos or seamlessly loaded into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels for distribution.
