Product Description

Introduction:

Calcium base grease This remarkable calcium base grease is an intricate blend, crafted with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity. Enhanced by the infusion of natural fatty acid calcium soap, this grease is synthesized to perfection.
Our product employs mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, expertly thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior performance.
Performance Characteristics

(1) Uniquely, this grease forms hydrates through the interaction of calcium soap and water. These hydrates develop highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. However, when temperatures exceed approximately 100 ºC, the hydrolysis of these hydrates causes a reduction in consistency, limiting operational temperatures to a maximum of 60 ºC. Beyond this, the grease softens, potentially compromising lubrication.

(2) Boasting exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease defies emulsification even when traversing water. It is ideally suited for lubricating various mechanical components operating in wet environments or in direct contact with water.

(3) This grease features exceptional shearing stability and thixotropic properties. When subjected to agitation followed by a resting period, it adeptly maintains its presence on action surfaces, ensuring a sealing effect without displacement.

(4) Renowned for its impressive pumping abilities, calcium base grease benefits from its short fiber and low strength limit. When matched with similar mineral oils and consistency standards,

it outshines other soap-based greases, such as those based on sodium or aluminum, in binding capability and ease of application.
Though dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease continues to be a staple in modern applications. It effectively lubricates rolling and sliding bearings at medium speed and load across various equipment, including motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and machinery in the metallurgy and textile industries.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.

Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
