Performance Characteristics
(1) The remarkable calcium soap forms hydrates with water, which enables the creation of highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil only in hydrate form. At approximately 100 ºC, these hydrates hydrolyze, explaining the decrease in consistency of calcium base grease beyond 100 ºC. Typically, it is recommended to maintain a temperature below 60 ºC to preserve its optimal lubrication properties, as exceeding this threshold may result in the grease softening or degrading, compromising effective lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease does not easily emulsify or degrade upon water exposure, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical components operating in moist environments or in direct contact with water.
(3) With impressive shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease retains its position on moving surfaces even after being stirred, providing a sealing effect without being displaced, ensuring reliable performance.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
