It is meticulously engineered using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, enriched and thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Unveiling the power of calcium soap, it forms hydrates with water, allowing the formation of highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil exclusively as hydrates. These calcium soap hydrates undergo hydrolysis at around 100 ºC, leading to a gradual decline in grease consistency beyond this threshold, thus constraining the temperature efficacy of calcium base grease. Typically operational below 60 ºC, surpassing this may cause the grease to soften or be lost, thereby compromising lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its superior water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components in moist environments or where water contact occurs.
(3) Boasting excellent shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease maintains its presence on active surfaces even after agitation, providing a sealing effect without dispersal.
(4) Thanks to its short fibers and low strength threshold, calcium base grease exhibits exceptional pumping performance. When combined with the same mineral oil and
achieving similar consistency, calcium-based grease binds more efficiently than other soap-based greases such as sodium-based or aluminum-based varieties.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally prevalent choice. It is adept at lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed and load scenarios within small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
