Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease Crafted meticulously, this grease is composed of mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. The synthesis of calcium base grease ensures an excellent balance between performance and durability.
This specialized grease is formulated from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, enhanced with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for superior lubrication.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Calcium soap hydrates with water, forming highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, at temperatures around 100 ºC, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze, causing a gradual loss of consistency. This limits the effective temperature range to around 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature may lead to softening or even a loss of lubrication, compromising performance.
(2) Renowned for its water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation when exposed to water. It's an ideal lubricant for mechanical parts in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) Exhibiting excellent shearing and thixotropy stability, this grease maintains its position on moving surfaces, ensuring a sealing effect without being flung off, even under agitation.
(4) With exceptional pumping performance due to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium-based grease is easier to bind compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based greases.
When achieving similar consistency with the same mineral oil, calcium-based grease proves more cohesive than its counterparts.
Despite its inception in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a popular choice globally. It serves to lubricate rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed and load applications, including small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
