Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap. This calcium base grease is synthesized
from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring enhanced performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Thanks to the interaction between calcium soap and water forming hydrates, calcium soap can only create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil in hydrate form. The hydrates of calcium soap undergo hydrolysis around 100 ºC, causing the calcium base grease to lose its consistency above this temperature, thus restricting its operational temperature range. It is typically not recommended to exceed 60 ºC, as beyond this limit, the calcium-based grease may soften or even disintegrate, compromising lubrication.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration even in water exposure. This makes it an ideal lubricant for various mechanical parts operating in moist environments or in contact with water.
(3) Known for its robust shearing stability and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease remains on the action surface even after agitation, providing a sealing effect without being displaced.
(4) The short fiber structure and low strength limit of calcium base grease offer superior pumping performance. When utilizing the same mineral oil and
maintaining identical consistency, calcium-based grease bonds more effectively than other soap-based greases, like sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
Despite being developed in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally prevalent lubricant. It serves to lubricate rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed and load applications, including small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, as well as metallurgy and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
