Calcium base grease Crafted meticulously from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, this exceptional grease is thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a high-performance calcium base grease.
Our remarkable calcium base grease is formulated from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, expertly thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for optimal results.
Performance characteristics
(1) Due to the unique interaction between calcium soap and water, hydrates form, allowing calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. However, these hydrates break down at around 100 ºC, causing the grease to lose consistency above this temperature. Thus, the effective temperature range is generally kept below 60 ºC. Exceeding this can soften or even diminish the grease, compromising lubrication.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration upon water exposure. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical parts operating in wet environments or in direct contact with water.
(3) With superior shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease maintains its presence on functional surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a lasting sealing effect and preventing spillage.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease demonstrates outstanding pumping performance. This makes it more easily deployable than other soap-based greases, such as those based on sodium or aluminum, when achieving the same consistency with the same mineral oil.
When achieving similar consistency, calcium-based grease outperforms others, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based greases, in terms of binding ease.
Despite its inception in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally prevalent choice. It is ideal for lubricating medium-speed and load rolling and sliding bearings across small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
