Formulated from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, enhanced with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for superior performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Ingeniously, the calcium soap combines with water to form hydrates, enabling the creation of highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, the hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, causing the grease's consistency to diminish beyond 100 ºC. Thus, the usage temperature typically caps at 60 ºC; exceeding this may soften or degrade the grease, compromising lubrication.
(2) With impeccable water resistance, calcium base grease maintains integrity and resists emulsification, making it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components in wet or water-exposed environments.
(3) Exhibiting superb shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease remains steadfast on surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) The grease boasts excellent pumping performance, courtesy of its short fiber and low strength limit. When paired with similar mineral oil and achieving the same consistency,
calcium-based grease binds more effectively than other soap-based greases like sodium-based or aluminum-based varieties.
Despite its heritage dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a global staple, ideal for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed, medium-load applications such as small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
