Introduction:
Calcium base grease is ingeniously crafted from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, culminating in the synthesis of calcium base grease.
This remarkable grease is meticulously formulated using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance characteristics
(1) With the fascinating ability of calcium soap to form hydrates, it uniquely creates highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil as hydrates. However, these hydrates undergo hydrolysis around 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss in consistency for calcium base grease beyond this temperature. Thus, the practical usage temperature is generally restricted to not exceeding 60 ºC. Surpassing this limit results in softening or even a complete breakdown of the grease, compromising lubrication efficiency.
(2) Calcium base grease excels in its water-resistant capabilities, resists emulsification, and remains stable in the presence of water. This makes it an optimal choice for lubricating various mechanical components operating in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) It demonstrates exceptional shear stability and thixotropy stability. Upon agitation and subsequent rest, the grease persistently adheres to the operational surface, ensuring a sealing effect without dislodging.
(4) Due to its unique short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease exhibits excellent pumping performance. When paired with the same mineral oil,
and formulated to the same consistency, calcium-based grease binds more effectively compared to other soap-based greases like sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
Despite being an established product since the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a global favorite. It is widely utilized for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings within small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, as well as in the metallurgy and textile machinery industries.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
