This grease is formulated from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for superior performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The innovative interaction between calcium soap and water creates hydrates, essential for forming highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. As hydrates of calcium soap start to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, the consistency of the calcium base grease diminishes beyond this temperature. Therefore, its usage is generally advised within 60 ºC to maintain optimal lubrication, avoiding softening and potential loss of grease.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease remains stable without emulsification or deterioration when exposed to water. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in wet conditions or areas with water contact.
(3) With impressive shearing stability and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease remains on surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a tight seal and preventing throw-off.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease offers remarkable pumping performance. It easily surpasses other soap-based greases (like sodium-based or aluminum-based) in binding, even when using the same mineral oil and achieving the same consistency.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
