Performance characteristics
(1) With its unique ability to form hydrates, calcium soap creates highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil, provided it remains in hydrate form. However, be mindful of temperatures surpassing 100 ºC, as the hydrates of calcium soap hydrolyze at this point, causing a gradual loss of consistency. Therefore, to maintain lubrication effectiveness, operate within a recommended temperature not exceeding 60 ºC, avoiding the risk of softening or loss.
(2) Renowned for its exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration even when exposed to water, making it an ideal lubricant for mechanical parts in wet conditions or water-contact scenarios.
(3) Exhibiting outstanding shearing stability and thixotropy, calcium base grease remains steadfast on action surfaces, delivering an effective sealing effect without dislodging during motion. This ensures long-lasting lubrication performance.
(4) Boasting excellent pumping capabilities due to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease is more easily bindable compared to other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based, when maintaining the same consistency and using identical mineral oil.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
