Introduction:
Calcium base grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, ingeniously thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. This unique synthesis of calcium base grease
is developed from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, elegantly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics:
(1) Calcium soap forms hydrates with water, allowing it to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates decompose at approximately 100 ºC. Consequently, as temperatures exceed 100 ºC, the grease begins to lose its consistency, thus limiting its operational temperature range to approximately 60 ºC. Surpassing this threshold causes the grease to soften or even fail, compromising lubrication.
(2) With excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation when exposed to water. It's ideal for lubricating mechanical parts operating in wet environments or direct contact with water.
(3) Boasting superior shear stability and thixotropic strength, calcium base grease retains its position on moving surfaces, ensuring a sealing effect without displacement, even after agitation.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber and low strength threshold, calcium base grease offers exceptional pumpability. When identical mineral oils and
consistencies are utilized, calcium-based grease more readily bonds compared to other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based types.
Despite originating in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally favored choice. It effectively lubricates rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed and medium-load applications, such as small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgical equipment, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
