Composed of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, it stands as a testament to quality and efficiency.
Performance characteristics
(1) Unique in its composition, calcium soap and water collaborate to form hydrates, essential for creating highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. These hydrates of calcium soap, however, start to hydrolyze at around 100 ºC, causing a gradual loss in consistency, thus limiting the operational temperature to typically no more than 60 ºC. Surpassing this temperature softens or loses the grease, compromising lubrication.
(2) With remarkable water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration even in water-laden environments. It is an ideal choice for lubricating mechanical components exposed to moisture or in direct contact with water.
(3) Demonstrating excellent shear and thixotropy stability, this grease maintains its presence on surfaces even after agitation, creating a sealing effect and preventing it from being thrown out.
(4) Boasting commendable pumping performance, its short fiber and low strength limit make calcium base grease easier to bind than other soap-based greases,
such as sodium-based or aluminum-based greases, even when achieving the same consistency with similar mineral oil.
As a time-honored variety dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a widely embraced choice globally. It serves to lubricate rolling and sliding bearings in a range of applications from medium-speed and load small to medium-sized motors, to water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
