Calcium base grease crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, and then synthesized into calcium base grease.
This remarkable grease is formulated using mineral lubricating oil, enhanced with medium viscosity and skillfully thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance characteristics
(1) The innovative calcium soap and water hydrates form finely dispersed fibers in mineral oil, which hydrolyze around 100 ºC. This process explains why calcium base grease tends to lose its consistency above 100 ºC, thus defining its temperature threshold. Typically, the grease performs optimally below 60 ºC. Exceeding this limit may cause the grease to soften, compromising lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease is resilient, maintaining integrity and resisting emulsification and degradation in watery environments. Ideal for the lubrication of machine parts exposed to moisture or direct water contact.
(3) Featuring superior shearing stability and thixotropy, the calcium base grease excels when agitated and then left still. It steadfastly clings to the action surface, providing an airtight seal and preventing dispersion.
(4) The grease's excellent pumping capabilities stem from its short fiber and low strength limit. Compared to other soap-based greases, like sodium or aluminum-based ones, calcium-based grease binds more efficiently while using the same mineral oil.
By achieving the same consistency, calcium-based grease is more adept at binding than other soap-based varieties, ensuring superior performance.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
