Calcium base grease This innovative calcium base grease is expertly crafted using mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, skillfully thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring high performance and reliability.
Our calcium base grease is formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity and expertly thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for enhanced performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique composition of calcium soap and water forms hydrates which allow calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates hydrolyze at a temperature around 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss of consistency above this limit, thereby restricting the usable temperature range of calcium base grease to typically under 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature may cause the grease to soften or degrade, compromising lubrication efficiency.
(2) This calcium base grease boasts exceptional water resistance, maintaining its integrity without emulsification or degradation when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in wet environments or those in direct contact with water.
(3) With outstanding shearing stability and thixotropy stability, our calcium base grease remains effective. Even after agitation, it stays intact on the contact surface, offering a sealing effect without being dislodged.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber and low strength limit, this grease exhibits excellent pumping performance. When using similar mineral oil and achieving the same consistency,
calcium-based grease binds more readily than other soap-based greases, such as those based on sodium or aluminum.
Despite being developed in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains widespread worldwide, lubricating rolling and sliding bearings at medium speed and load across small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
