Uniquely formulated from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil and thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, this grease stands out in its exceptional quality.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The interaction between calcium soap and water creates hydrates, allowing calcium soap to form finely dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to break down at temperatures around 100 ºC, which affects the grease's consistency beyond this temperature. Thus, it is best used below 60 ºC to ensure optimal lubrication and prevent softening or loss.
(2) With outstanding water resistance, this calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation even when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in wet environments or when in contact with water.
(3) Exhibiting excellent shearing and thixotropy stability, this grease remains on operational surfaces, providing a reliable sealing effect without splattering, even after agitation.
(4) Benefiting from short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts excellent pumping performance, making it more cohesive compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based options.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
