Calcium base grease emerges from the meticulous blend of medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil and natural fatty acid calcium soap. This creates the renowned calcium base grease.
Crafted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, enhanced with the unique properties of synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance characteristics
(1) With the fascinating chemistry of calcium soap and water forming hydrates, calcium soap creates highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. These fibers begin to hydrolyze at temperatures around 100 ºC, limiting the grease's effectiveness beyond this point. Ideally, use temperatures should not exceed 60 ºC to maintain optimal lubrication and performance, as exceeding this threshold leads to softening or loss of the grease.
(2) Featuring remarkable water resistance, calcium base grease effortlessly withstands emulsification and deterioration even when exposed to water. It's an ideal lubricant for mechanical parts operating in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) Boasting exceptional shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease remains steadfast on action surfaces even after agitation. It provides an excellent sealing effect without dispersing, ensuring sustained lubrication.
(4) The short fiber structure and low strength limit of calcium base grease contribute to its superior pumping performance. When matched with identical mineral oil and consistency,
this grease stands out for its ease of binding, surpassing other soap-based greases like sodium- or aluminum-based varieties.
Since its inception in the 1930s, calcium-based grease has maintained its status as a globally favored lubricant. It's perfectly suited for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and machinery such as those in metallurgy and textiles, handling moderate speeds and loads.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
