Product Description

Introduction:

Calcium Base Grease This remarkable calcium base grease is formulated from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a synthesized calcium base grease of superior quality.
Engineered with precision, this grease is composed of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for optimal performance.
Performance Characteristics

(1) Thanks to the formation of hydrates between calcium soap and water, the grease develops highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil only in this state. Notably, these hydrates hydrolyze at around 100 ºC, causing the grease to lose consistency beyond this temperature, thus limiting its effective range to approximately 60 ºC. Exceeding this threshold may lead to softening or loss of grease, compromising lubrication efficacy.

(2) Exhibiting commendable water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration in aquatic environments, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical components exposed to moisture or direct water contact.

(3) Boasting impressive shearing stability and thixotropy stability, this grease maintains its position on active surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a sealing effect without displacement.

(4) Its excellent pumping performance is attributed to the grease's short fiber and low strength limit. When crafted with identical mineral oil and consistency, calcium-based grease proves more cohesive compared to other soap-based greases, such as sodium or aluminum-based varieties.

Crafted with the same consistency, calcium-based grease binds more readily than its sodium-based or aluminum-based counterparts, showcasing its superior binding capacity.
Despite originating in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a staple worldwide due to its reliability. Ideal for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in applications involving medium speed and load, it serves small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and machinery in metallurgy and textiles effectively.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.

5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
