Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique formation of hydrates with calcium soap allows highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil, providing superior lubrication. However, these hydrates hydrolyze around 100 ºC, causing the grease to lose consistency. Thus, calcium base grease is best suited for temperatures not exceeding 60 ºC. Beyond this, it may soften, compromising lubrication.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease stands resilient against emulsification and degradation, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts exposed to wet or aquatic environments.
(3) Remarkably stable under shear and thixotropic conditions, calcium base grease maintains its position on operational surfaces, forming a protective seal without being displaced.
(4) Featuring outstanding pumping capabilities due to its short fiber and low strength limit, it ensures effortless application compared to sodium or aluminum-based greases.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
