This grease is meticulously formulated from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for enhanced durability.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique interaction between calcium soap and water forms hydrates, pivotal in the creation of finely dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, leading to a gradual decrease in grease consistency beyond this temperature limit. This restricts calcium base grease's operating range to not exceed 60 ºC. Surpassing this temperature results in a softened consistency, jeopardizing lubrication efficiency.
(2) Boasting exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation when exposed to moisture. This makes it ideal for lubricating a variety of mechanical components operating in wet conditions or in direct contact with water.
(3) With exemplary shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease remains steadfast on surfaces post agitation, ensuring a robust sealing effect without dispersion. This superior stability enhances its reliability in diverse applications.
(4) Its outstanding pumping performance is attributed to its short fiber structure and low strength limit. When formulated to the same consistency as other greases, calcium-based greases bind more efficiently than sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
Its formulation ensures a smooth consistency, making it easier to handle and apply compared to other soap-based greases, such as those based on sodium or aluminum.
Despite originating in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains extensively used worldwide today. It is the lubricant of choice for medium-speed and load-bearing rolling and sliding bearings found in small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and a multitude of industries such as metallurgy and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
