Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease Crafted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, this grease is expertly thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap, creating an efficient and reliable calcium base grease.
This superior product is formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity and is thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring enhanced performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Calcium soap hydrates with water to form a unique structure of highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. However, at around 100 ºC, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze, causing a gradual loss of grease consistency beyond this temperature. This limits the usage of calcium base grease to temperatures generally not exceeding 60 ºC. Beyond this threshold, the grease risks softening or even complete deterioration, which could compromise lubrication.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation when exposed to water. Ideal for lubricating mechanical components operating in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) Calcium base grease is characterized by its excellent shearing stability and thixotropic properties. Even after agitation, the grease reliably adheres to surfaces, maintaining a sealing effect without being displaced.
(4) With its short fibers and low strength limit, calcium base grease excels in pumping performance. Utilizing the same mineral oil and
achieving the same consistency, this type of grease binds more easily than alternatives such as sodium-based or aluminum-based greases.
Despite its origins dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally favored choice. It is perfect for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings under moderate speed and load conditions, suitable for use in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, as well as in sectors like metallurgy and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
