Introduction:
Calcium base grease This superior calcium base grease is crafted using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, beautifully thickened by naturally-formulated fatty acid calcium soap, while the synthesis of the calcium base grease is skillfully achieved.
The grease is composed of mineral lubricating oil, which is meticulously thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring durability and performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique interaction between calcium soap and water leads to the formation of hydrates. Only as hydrates do calcium soaps form excellently dispersed fibers within mineral oil. The hydrate formation enables effective lubrication, but these hydrates start to hydrolyze at temperatures around 100 ºC. This characteristic means that calcium base grease begins to lose its consistency above 100 ºC, hence limiting its temperature range to generally no more than 60 ºC. Beyond this temperature, the grease may become soft and lose its lubricative power.
(2) This versatile grease boasts superior water resistance, maintaining its integrity without emulsification or deterioration, even when exposed to water. It is ideal for lubricating diverse mechanical components that operate in damp environments or have water exposure.
(3) Calcium base grease demonstrates exceptional shearing stability and thixotropy. Once agitated and then left to settle, it adheres firmly to the action surfaces, offering excellent sealing properties without dislodging.
(4) The grease offers impressive pumping performance due to its short fiber structure and low strength limit. This gives it an advantage over other soap-based greases, such as sodium or aluminum-based, for ease of application and consistency.
When creating a uniform consistency using the same mineral oil, calcium-based grease outperforms other varieties by binding more effectively than its sodium-based or aluminum-based counterparts.
Despite being developed in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally trusted lubricant. It is ideal for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings with medium speed and load, serving small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery with unparalleled efficiency.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
