Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease Expertly crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, this grease is thickened using a natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a superior calcium base grease that is meticulously synthesized.
It is manufactured from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, enriched and thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring reliable performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Due to the interaction between calcium soap and water forming hydrates, these hydrates enable calcium soap to develop highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at temperatures around 100 ºC. This phenomenon causes the calcium base grease to gradually lose its consistency above 100 ºC, thus restricting its effective temperature range to typically no more than 60 ºC. Beyond this, the grease may soften or degrade, compromising lubrication efficacy.
(2) Exhibiting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation even when in contact with water, making it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components in moist environments.
(3) Renowned for its superb shearing stability and thixotropy, calcium base grease maintains its position on operational surfaces after being agitated, creating a sealing effect without dispersing.
(4) With remarkable pumping performance due to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease offers easier binding compared to other soap-based greases such as sodium-based or aluminum-based options when maintaining similar mineral oil and consistency.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
