Calcium Base Grease This exceptional grease is crafted using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in synthesized calcium base grease.
Engineered from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, it is enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to ensure top-tier performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Unique for its formation of hydrates with calcium soap, enabling the creation of highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, at around 100 ºC, these hydrates hydrolyze, leading to a gradual loss in consistency above 100 ºC. This restricts the operational temperature range, generally keeping it below 60 ºC. When temperatures exceed this threshold, the grease softens, jeopardizing the lubrication it provides.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration even in water-rich environments, making it ideal for lubricating various mechanical parts exposed to moisture or direct water contact.
(3) It exhibits superior shearing stability and thixotropic properties. Upon agitation, and when subsequently left to rest, the grease remains firmly on the action surface, providing a sealing effect without being displaced.
(4) Due to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease offers outstanding pumping performance. This makes it easier to bind compared to other soap-based greases when using the same mineral oil and achieving the same consistency.
Moreover, calcium-based grease is simpler to integrate than sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a widely favored choice globally. It is suitable for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings within medium-speed, medium-load environments such as small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
