Calcium Base Grease This exceptional grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, artfully thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap to create calcium base grease.
The composition involves the meticulous combination of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity and synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in this superior calcium base grease.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique formation of hydrates between calcium soap and water enables calcium soap to form highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil only when hydrated. This composition begins to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, leading to a gradual decrease in consistency beyond this threshold, capping the effective operational temperature at around 60 ºC. Surpassing this limit may cause the grease to soften excessively, compromising lubrication efficacy.
(2) This grease boasts remarkable water resistance, ensuring it maintains its integrity without emulsifying or deteriorating, even in aquatic environments. Ideal for lubricating various mechanical components exposed to wet conditions or direct water contact.
(3) Known for its impressive shearing stability and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease remains steadfast on operational surfaces, delivering a sealing effect that prevents displacement, even when subjected to agitation.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and minimal strength threshold, this grease exhibits excellent pumping performance. Utilizing the same mineral oil,
and achieving consistent viscosity, calcium-based grease offers easier binding compared to other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based varieties.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease continues to be a prevalent choice globally. It is adept at lubricating rolling and sliding bearings across various applications such as medium-speed motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
