Calcium Base Grease Crafted using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, this grease is expertly thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap. Our calcium base grease is meticulously synthesized
using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, thickened to perfection with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Renowned for its unique ability to form hydrates with water, calcium soap develops highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil exclusively when hydrated. However, as these hydrates hydrolyze around 100 ºC, the grease's consistency diminishes beyond this threshold, confining its optimal temperature range to below 60 ºC. Surpassing this temperature, the grease may soften or even disperse, compromising its lubricating efficacy.
(2) With exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration when in contact with water, making it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components in moist environments or direct water contact.
(3) Boasting remarkable shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease maintains its presence on contact surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a sealing effect that prevents displacement.
(4) The grease's superior pumping performance is attributed to its short fiber structure and low strength limit. When formulated to the same consistency using identical mineral oils,
calcium-based grease exhibits superior binding capabilities compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based varieties.
Despite originating in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains globally prevalent. It is adeptly used for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings that endure medium speeds and loads in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
