Calcium Base Grease is expertly crafted from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, thickened by the pure essence of natural fatty acid calcium soap. This specialized synthesis of calcium base grease ensures
a formulation made from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to deliver superior lubrication.
Performance Characteristics
(1) With the unique ability to form hydrates in conjunction with calcium soap, this grease achieves highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, when exposed to temperatures around 100 ºC, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze, causing a gradual loss in consistency. This phenomenon limits the optimal temperature range to no more than 60 ºC. Beyond this threshold, the grease may soften or lose integrity, compromising its lubricating ability.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease remains stable and resists emulsification even when exposed to water. This makes it an ideal choice for the lubrication of mechanical components operating in wet or water-contact environments.
(3) Exhibiting impressive shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease maintains its presence on surfaces, creating a sealing effect that prevents displacement, even when stirred prior to use.
(4) With outstanding pumping performance attributed to its short fiber and low strength threshold, calcium base grease binds more easily than its sodium-based or aluminum-based counterparts when maintaining the same consistency with identical mineral oils.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
