Calcium base grease Crafted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, our calcium base grease is expertly thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap. This results in a remarkably stable solution that is further enhanced through synthesis.
The product is created from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, artfully thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Uniquely, calcium soap and water combine to form hydrates, crucial for creating highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. These hydrates decompose at approximately 100 ºC, marking the limit where calcium base grease loses consistency. Typically, performance is optimal below 60 ºC, beyond which the grease may soften or diminish, risking lubrication lapses.
(2) Renowned for its exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration when exposed to water. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical components operating in moist environments or in direct contact with water.
(3) Exhibiting excellent shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease maintains its position on moving surfaces even after agitation, enhancing sealing effects without displacement.
(4) With outstanding pumpability due to its short fiber structure and minimal strength threshold, calcium base grease excels in performance.
When formulating the same consistency, calcium-based grease proves easier to bind than other soap-based greases (like sodium-based or aluminum-based variants).
Though originating in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally favored choice today for lubricating medium-speed and load applications in a wide range of machinery such as motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and more within the metallurgy and textile sectors.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
