Calcium Base Grease Crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a balanced medium viscosity, this grease is enhanced with natural fatty acid calcium soap. Our calcium base grease is synthesized with precision.
It features a composition of mineral lubricating oil enriched with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring optimal performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique ability of calcium soap to form hydrates with water results in highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. These hydrates begin to hydrolyze around 100 ºC, which is why our calcium base grease may lose consistency beyond this temperature, restricting its effective range to below 60 ºC. Surpassing this temperature may cause the grease to soften, affecting lubrication efficiency.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, our calcium base grease does not easily emulsify or degrade upon water exposure, making it ideal for lubricating machinery parts confronting wet conditions or water contact.
(3) With superb shearing stability and thixotropic properties, this grease maintains its position on operational surfaces even when agitated, offering a sealing effect without splattering.
(4) Due to its short fiber structure and minimal strength limit, this calcium base grease boasts impressive pumping performance. When utilizing the same mineral oil,
and achieving identical consistency, it binds more effortlessly than other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based varieties.
Despite its origins dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a widely trusted choice globally. It is suitable for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings with moderate speed and load in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and machinery across metallurgy and textiles.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
